Completion of Bushwick Inlet Park took a step forward Monday when the ribbon was cut on a new $31 million building just south of the soccer field on North 9th Street.
The building, NYC Parks’ new district headquarters, also provides office space to neighboring East River State Park and the Open Space Alliance of North Brooklyn (OSA).
