This event is FREE and open to the public. Glass bottles and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. In the event of heavy rain or extreme weather\, the screening may be canceled. DESCRIPTION:Join Friends of Bushwick Inlet Park to help wake up the gardens in Bushwick Inlet Park. \nCome lend a hand weeding\, mulching and planting the garden beds in BIP’s 50 Kent Ave section (map: 41 N 11th St). We have tools and gloves (but bring yours if you have them)! Wear clothes that can get dirty and a bring a water bottle. It’s lots of fun- meet other garden aficionados\, identify plants\, discuss best weeding practices :). \nPlease register. \nWe are grateful for support from NYC Parks\, Partnerships for Parks and North Brooklyn Parks Alliance.
