50 Kent Big Planting Day & Plant Giveaway!

Volunteer With Us! Join Friends of Bushwick Inlet Park, North Brooklyn Parks Alliance and the Williamsburg Pollinator Project in restoring 4 garden beds at the western end of BIP’s 50 Kent Ave section.

Time to plant 100’s of specimens! We have tools and gloves! Wear sturdy shoes and bring a water bottle!

All 3 orgs with formidable staff & volunteers have tirelessly prepped the garden beds for planting. We have procured plants from donations and NBPA’s own plant nursery and from a citywide facility. Now it’s time to plant! Please come help us!

Plus: *North Brooklyn Parks Alliance will be giving away native plants raised in their nursery!*
