Come garden with us!
We are happy to announce that we are prepared to start up volunteer events on a scaled back basis with limited numbers of volunteers. Throughout the seasons we usually have many ways to get involved with BIP but with COVID-19 we have had to curtail our programing. We have been working with the Parks Dept to establish safe re-opening protocols and equipment.
To keep us all safe during COVID-19, this gardening activity is limited to 15 volunteers per the Parks Dept. Please do not bring along extra people without signing them up first. Thanks!!! Masks are required for all participants .
We will be weeding, mulching, pruning, cleaning up and watering (if necessary).
Bring water bottle, gloves (if you have them), sunscreen and don’t forget your mask!
We will have tools, bags and gloves.
