FBIP’s 2023 Fun🌼raiser is a wrap!!!
On May 17th Brooklyn Brewery hosted our event in Williamsburg providing craft beer and a vibrant engaging community space at their brew house. It was a rousing success!!! We are incredibly grateful to all who supported us and attended the event. Fornino’s generously provided attendees with sumptuous artisanal pizza. Brooklyn Borough Parks Commissioner Martin Maher and Councilmember Lincoln Restler fired us up with some inspiring words. Ticket sales and donations will support the work of Friends of Bushwick Inlet Park which includes stewardship, programming, education and advocacy. By doing so Bushwick Inlet Park will be that much better and there will more oomph behind the movement to complete the full park.
